I ran an event here for work on 12.01.24. Excellent, and would highly recommend. They're open nice and early so you can set up your space. Spaces and facilities are excellent. Light and airy. Functional air-con so the temperature in the room was easily managed. We had a lovely buffet for lunch. Everything was clean and tidy. All electronic equipment worked and in addition, it's quite rare to find somewhere with a separate set of speakers if needed and a slide clicker provided. Lovely little touches but greatly appreciated when you're running a class.

Thank you to the Trent Conference Centre and the super team who looked after our event recently. Their guidance and advice during planning was excellent and their support and attention to detail on the day could not have been better. The day was a great success and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Thanks again George and team. I hope we can be back in 2024!

Trent Conference Centre can be relied upon to deliver an excellent service, attention to detail, courteous helpful staff. Great facilities. We have held a number of events at Trent Conference Centre all of which have run smoothly and efficiently thanks to the attentive staff who are always on hand to help if needed.

We had a full day event for over 200 attendees. The venue staff were extremely polite and very accommodating during the event and before the event in terms of meeting with us to understand what exactly we would need on the day. I would absolutely use TCC again in the future and would recommend to friends and colleagues. Thanks very much Anne-marie and team for an amazing, smooth running day.

As a multi academy trust, we have used Trent Conference Centre previously for many conferences and sessions, which all vary in capacity. The team ensure to accommodate for all of our requirements, including rooms, refreshments and meeting dietary requirements. During the sessions, staff are extremely helpful going above an beyond to help in anyway possible, while taking care and paying attention to details. PS. The brownies are amazing!

What can we say about Trent Vineyard, other than it is magnificent! The facilities are second to none, the equipment is fab, the tech guys are outstanding, the food is sensational and the staff are just fabulous. From the very beginning in organising to the very end, nothing is too much trouble. One of the reasons why we come back year on year!

Fantastic service from start to finish. All staff were supportive and accommodating during the planning phase of the conference, ensuring I was happy with the event layout and schedule, covering all finer details such as music for the day. On the day of the conference, staff were all at hand to support a smooth set up and flow throughout the event. The IT support was excellent and provided reassurance the presentations would play without a glitch. They were also able to add some last minute changes. When timings ran slightly ahead for lunch, the staff all moved swiftly to provide food a little earlier. I would highly recommend, Trent Conference Centre as a venue for events, training or meetings.

Venue was great - conference hall was suitable for my event. Prior to the event the staff were very helpful and communicated very well. The day of the event, I couldn't fault the staff at all. Very helpful and friendly. The tech guys were amazing sorting out the cameras / streaming for the day as well as sorting out all the presentations, ensuring the right one corresponds to the right speaker. All the staff who were serving drinks and our food were brilliant too. In fact everyone on the day were fantastic. Highly recommend using this venue.
