Cheryl and Samira took my order, both of them were absolutely amazing, even if Cheryl tried to sell me a frozen margarita at 6:30 LOL. Jokes aside, they foster an amazing environment at this restaurant, are crystal clear with what they offer and have definitely gotten themselves a repeat customer! Brilliant service and lovely people.

The entire staff was very cheerful and helping. As a first timer they made me feel very welcome. I would like to specially mention Chloe who was greeting everyone coming in with a very warm smile! ❤️

I have always loved Mexican Food. Tortilla is the best chain on the Market and the Vic Centre store has never done me wrong. Music is the right volume, food is consistently great and the staff all have a great attitude. Big shout out to Ray, who is especially personable and provided a lovely and friendly service 💌

Cheryl was amazing whilst serving me and my wife, she was extremely patient with us. I loved the attitude she has towards her work. It clear to see she takes pride in her work. Also chloe was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. Thank you guys fantastic customer service overall. Also, thank you for the chips.

Cheryl was fantastic, great service. The same can not be said about one of her colleagues who rolled her eyes and walked away from serving us, forcing a second server to take over.
The problem was that she mumbled her questions and could not be heard by anyone on our side of the counter, she also spoke really fast even after we had explained that it was our first time there. Stinking attitude.
Cheryl was great though.

Had an absolutely fantastic experience today. Mainly served by Cheryl, she is a credit to the store and really amplified our entire experience; so lovely, polite, kind and genuine. She was also particularly aware whilst serving of us dietary needs and the fact that one of us ordered a vegan option, which is quite rare. Also had a brief interaction with Love who too provided great customer service, with her lovely, kind and genuine demeanour. Amazing experience overall significantly enhanced by these two wonderful ladies

Had a naked burrito from Tortilla... Looks delicious 😋 The staff who served me (Ty and Semira) were both lovely!
Also got free chocolate covered churros for doing a review aswell!

The food was lovely I cleared my plate (photo for evidence) staff Cheryl and semina were lovely and made sure we knew about the two for one offer on tres tacos which then were free because I had a free main voucher which meant we could get sides with the extra money I had 🤩 place was clean and friendly
