The Goat Hockley

Myself and my partner have been coming here since it first opened. Robin has done such a good job with the atmosphere, events and drink selection since he started working here. He has made such a positive impact on the place and transformed it. The venue is always so welcoming and friendly. We have only had good times here and the events planned that are upcoming look fantastic; we will definitely be attending them. It is so good to have an inclusive LGBT bar in Nottingham that has a good atmosphere and looks so clean and nice inside.

We love a new bar, and G.O.A.T Bar in Nottingham is one of the latest #LGBTQ friendly places in the city center. They've removed the pizza oven and made space for a better bar, and a performance stage, so finally, you can see some good, 'get the crowd going' drag. We only popped in for one, ended up staying for all of the queen's sets. The venue is doing all sorts from mini-shows to s*x toy painting, so go and show this venue some support next time you're in town.

Met up with a friend yesterday for a catch up and a couple of drinks. We went for some dinner then decided to pop into The Goat for 'a quick drink ' before goingh home. . The professional service and warm friendly welcome we received from Robin made it that we didn't want to leave., as we were enjoying the atmosphere, music and service so much. Needless to say we stayed right to the end. The cocktails are to die for. Robin made just a normal day so special for us I can't rate him highly enough and I very highly recommend a visit. I will definitely be going back. Thank you Robin, you're a star.

Finally a manager who knows what they are doing with this place. They haven't been here long but already the vibe has changed. There is now a friendly welcome, decent music and just a nicer atmosphere generally. It seems to be getting busier which is great. Really looking forward to seeing what the new guy does with the place. Nottingham needs a decent LGBT+ bar, fingers crossed!
