Aromi Di Napoli Bakery - Nutley, Nj

The owner/manager Pasquale immediately responded after a problem I had with a rude and unhelpful employee. This was much appreciated as I absolutely LOVE this bakery and often recommend it to my friends and colleagues in the area. Everything there is delicious. The mini cheesecakes topped with chocolate covered strawberries are my favorite but all the pastries are terrific!

I must say I am usually very happy with the baked goods from here. Unfortunately I purchased a coconut custard pie to serve to dinner guests. It was absolutely horrible, thick with coconut, pasty, bitter tasting and no custard at all. It was an expensive disappointment. Luckily the pastries I bought were delicious.

Hands down to the Chef! One more time they rock and took the ball out of the park! I asked for a 50th Birthday cake for my wife's Birthday and all I have to say is Thank you. I told them exactly the way I want it and my cake was a Naked Cake with Cannoli filling but the gold macaroons and the white flowers made the cake more upscale to view it was like a wedding cake instead. My cake was moist and soak in amaretto like a Puerto Rican cake is supposed to be. I have been ordering specialty cakes over years from Aroma di Napoli and have always love them.

Been here before and the pastries are ok my complaint is customer service. Was waiting for assistance and the girl behind the register clearly saw that we were waiting. Not only did she take a customer that walked in after me but she didn’t even acknowledge the fact that we were there waiting. Horrible service would not recommend. She must not be the owner because the last thing a business owner wants to do is lose a customer. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I do not recommend the cakes are Horrible grease no flavor and expensive. I tried the cakes a few years back and I was disappointed, I decided to give it another try on 12/31 since I had no other choice. I got a red velvet cake. They should have named it white butter cake, the filling was thick full of butter disgusting. Cakes are not good I highly DO Not recommend.
