Rita's Italian Ice

i walked in at 11:20 pm. stood there for 10 minutes just staring at the girl behind the counter as she stared at me just sitting there talking on the phone . waited another 5 minutes till more people started to walk in and just left i’ll go get real italian ice at lyndhurst pastry shop instead of waiting for this girl to finish her phone call

Is a girl who works in the evening who gives you such a small quantity of ice cream for such an expensive amount of money. I had to ask her several times if she having trouble scooping the ice cream because she looks like she's too weak... Before she doesn't want you to scoop out ice cream so she'll short you out if you order a large hard scoop ice cream in a cup to go! Shame on you missy! 2022 update: I think they hired new people and they're giving a normal amount of ice and ice cream! I will further update this and change my review once I'm totally satisfied!

Although Rita's has been in my neighborhood for quite some time this was the first time I visited there. Stopped by with a friend. Didn't get anything "fancy" jst chocolate & vanilla twist. It was soooooo creamy. Delicious. We sat at one of the tables outside & relaxed. Very enjoyable. Will stop again. I think you should go! Thanks Rita 🍦
