Excellent food and very friendly and attentive staff. Meat had a nice "smoky" flavor and the fries with meat and cheese were awesome! A bit pricey though - it was $75.00 for the photos below but was on vacay so tend not to consider that as much. If we were local we would probably only return on a special occasion because of the cost which is also why it has 4 stars. But highly recommend if you're looking for good BBQ.

Saw this bbq house on the guide from hotel. Their meats are really tender and smoky! I also like the potato salads. Broccoli salad even has apple and crane berry, which really mitigate the oily taste of meats. I came here alone this time but I shall bring my friends with me next time when to visit Yosemite!

Hands down the barbeque I've had in California, that I can remember. The ribs were perfectly tender, the sausage smoky and flavorful, and the briscut delectable. The centerpiece of it all had to be my mom's baked sweet potato. I've never seen a potato so big in my life, and that was before it was loaded with delicious toppings. Ended up eating it for lunch the next day. Mmm. On top of that, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the prices were very reasonable.

Amazing food and good service! We wanted to try new food while in Oakhurst and found Smokehouse 41 BBQ, it was the best decision to come here. I ordered the Dirty Frites and the 3 Meat Plate, it also comes with two sides! This was the perfect food for the cold weather and we will definitely be back here again. I highly recommend you check this place out and get the Dirty Frites, you will definitely want to come back for more!

Excellent excellent excellent!!! A must do on your way to Yosemite! Brisket was tender and melt in your mouth. The tritip was to die for and the ribs were a fall off the bone heaven. It’s cafeteria style line. You order your meat first, then your sides and pay at the register. Try the jalapeño Mac’n’cheese. It sounds strange but oh so good. They provide bbq sauce at the table so you have everything you could want. The carver was so friendly and even let us try a bit of brisket. All the staff was great. The guy cleaning up the tables was so sweet and kept checking up on us. Can’t say enough great things. They are always busy so be gracious with them. If you are in a hurry try another place but definitely worth the wait.
