Order a toasted cinnamon rasin bagel on the dark side. What I got was a microwaved bagel with 3 butter tabs on the side, I asked them to make it darker all they did was put back on the microwave that just made it hard. Next time I'll go where they know a microwave is not a toaster.

Great location. Lot of parking at front and back. Easy access from Rt 35. Also very close to W Pask Ave intersection, very short drive for u-turn if you are coming from the other direction. Store was very clean and customer service was very good. My only complain is that there is no drive through.

I paid my orders and I want to use restroom.They don’t give me permission to use restroom.I told I need urgent situation and they didn’t care.It was so disrespectful and rude.I think you guys can try other thousands dunkin but don’t try that one!

I only live around the corner & every single time I order a simple hot or iced coffee Regular CREAM & SUGAR thru the drive thru, mind you I'm a food service worker also & I always tip. I drive away & there's no sugar 🤬🤬 how hard is it to get 1 coffee with regular cream & sugar wrong?? Its aggravating, especially when you drive away.
