Kentro

This is one of the best Greek restaurants I have dined at. The customer service was excellent. The food was delicious and the after taste and memory makes my pallet salivate and I am drawn back to visit again. The choice of desert and taste was perfect. A big thanks to the young lady who took our orders and the tall young man who served our dishes.

Kentro in Oakleigh is a absolutely outstandingly good Cafe/Restaurant Cake Shop, there are so so many different choices of delicious Cakes and Pastries to choose from and they are all beautiful! Infact I would go as far to say that everything on the Menu is delicious and made with love and care, the staff are so friendly and do a great job at keeping up with all the customers as this place can get really busy, but in saying that service is pretty fast, Kentro is also open until reasonably late, so you don't have to rush out to make it in time before they close, the Coffee is high quality and made to perfection, the prices are extremely reasonable for the quality, I was really surprised by how good the prices are! I Highly Recommend Kentro in Oakleigh It's a perfect place to enjoy a meal or something sweet with any kind of company. ☕️☕️🍰🍩🍪🎂🧁🌯🍕🍝🥗

Really lovely front of house staff that ensured myself (on crutches with a spinal injury) and my 60+ year old father (with a walking stick) were seated and comfortable. The coffee is a nice blend and well made. And oooooooh the cake cabinet makes it hard to choose because everything looks absolutely fantastic! They make a fantastic cheesecake (I had the Bailey's cheesecake) and even the biscuit base is to die for. I'll be back to true their lemon tart or lemon meringue because if their cheesecakes are divine, I can't wait to see how well they make lemon curd. UPDATE: I returned for the lemon tart! Lemon tart/meringue is my go-to cake after I try the more unique/novelty cakes somewhere, with nobody de-throning my grandmother from top spot in the 30+ years since I first had her lemon meringue. Mum came in a very close second. Sorry Mum and Nanna, but you both just went down a spot in my ranking of lemon tart. 🤣 I've never had a perfectly creamy and soft lemon curd that has a nice sour kick, there's always the texture from zest until yesterday! I was with Dad, and he said it looked like I was about to cry. That's some lemon tart!! 🍋

My partner and I were in the area over the weekend and couldn't help by being taken back by the appearance and delicious smell of kransky's on the grill. We had to give them a try and am glad we did, very generous portion with cheese and onion. Wrapped in a large hotdog bun, the bread was fresh and reasonably priced. It came out quickly and was delicious!
