Sonic Drive-in

Just a quick visit to pick up shakes for the family on the way home from work. Easy access from Bienville Blvd. and well maintained along with being brightly lit. As always, loving the modern menu boards allowing for quick ordering and easy payment. Staff was friendly and courteous and order was delivered promptly. The chocolate shakes were excellent 👍😀

Went to this Sonic on a Saturday right before lunch. I ordered a small cheesy tot and large coke. Total was over 5 dollars for everything. It took about 6-7 mins for it to be delivered. And it was delivered by a girl walking to the vehicles. Once we received it we noticed there was literally 8 tots in the container. 2.50 for 8 tots with a little bit of cheese on them. That's ridiculous. With the amount of food and the speedy delivery for 2 items is why I gave them 2 stars.

Sonic is you're old time favorite place to go to.. unfortunately lately orders are just slapped together in a hurry and without any care you can tell.. missing food from the orders as well.. it used to be a lot better! Last time i ordered 3 chili cheese hot dogs with a meal. Got home to see they had been just thrown in a bag and bags were covered in chili. Disappointed. Missing order of tater tots as well.. you would expect you're food to be in a lot better shape then that.. can we get it better way? We're paying for it 💁‍♀️

We went to Sonic to get ice cream. The lady on the speaker seemed less than enthused to take our order. My wife gave her the first order facing the microphone in a normal volume. The lady said, “Uh, I can’t hear you, you’re going to have to speak up.” in a rather inpatient tone. So my wife gives the order again, 50% louder, and now the lady complains “Uh, can you please not yell.” So apparently you can’t win at Sonic. When the help doesn’t like their job (which is definitely the vibe we got), you can’t do anything right. Go to quakes. It’s better anyway! And I’m not calling your hotline. We are fine being treated rudely by Sonic.

This is a review that I hope the owner of this Sonic sees. I just went to Sonic at 740 Bienville Blvd., Ocean Springs, MS to pick up a DoorDash order and the very rude employees refused to give me a drink holder for two shakes I was trying to pick up along with the food. I had to leave the order there and could not complete the order as those shakes would have been all over my car and impossible to juggle the order in an attempt to get the order to the customer! Do better Sonic!!! I will no longer pick up orders at this location. They said they were running short of drink holders and they were saving them for their customers. Well I was picking up for their customers - makes no sense!

Ordered the banana pudding milkshake. It was melted when it got to me, and it looked like it was just banana syrup hastily mixed in with a plain milkshake. Can't find any bits of wafer. It tastes very off, like there's coconut in it. The yellow syrup was also dripping down the side of the container when it was handed to me.
