Little Caesars

I had ordered 3 pepperoni pizzas, 1 jalapeño & pepperoni pizza with 2 sides of marinara sauce...my husband comes home with 3 cheese & 1 jalapeño & pepperoni pizza plus no sauce. Ugh!!! I tried calling them to report it but no one would ever answer the phone for me and it was like7:15 p.m. I know they were still open.

This might be the worst little Caesars I have ever been to. My wife thinks I’m crazy for liking little caesars but sometime a $5 pizza is pretty good. I can here expecting reasonable pizza but it was terrible. No sause, Hard dough. Really wasn’t even worth $5. I would not recommend getting pizza from here!

Ordered through drive thru. The guy in front was there for 10 minutes in front of me at window. I get up there they told me to park it wasn't ready. I literally waited 20 minutes. It probably wouldn't be that bad if we both parked and waited instead of burning gas waiting on each other. When I got my order the pretzel pizza was under cooked looked like a regular pizza crust with salt toss on the edges. Very disappointed

The manager Tabitha was rude rude rude!!!! I ordered cheese bread and asked for it to be fresh and said I didn’t mind waiting. I got home and it was more bread then cheese and it didn’t look or taste normal. My son ate some and I told him stop eating and said I was going to take it back. I took it back and she said she couldn’t give me another one all she could do was give me a refund. But she said she was going to recharge my card and I didn’t take my card with me cause I thought it was going to be a fast process. So then she went on to be unprofessional and said I would have to call corporate cause she wasn’t going to give me a refund or another cheese bread!!!! I will never go back!!! Kinda felt it was a race thing also.

This is the third time in a row we have ordered the most cheesiest meatiest pizza and EVERY single time we get home it is in fact a half thrown together pizza with barley any cheese on it! And it's been cold EVERY time! Looks like a pizza that had been sitting on the kitchen counter for 2 days. I know its only a 6.00 dollar pizza but the point is it a customer pays for a service then the customer should get the service. Will be referring our friends with kids somewhere else. 👎👎

I usually go to the Gautier location but on this day Ocean Springs was more convenient. Both of my children complained to me about the OS pizza being too spicy. We buy Little Caesar's EVERY week. Shouldn't it taste consistent through out all the locations? Btw... One of my kids will only eat Little Caesar's but did not like this pizza. And like other reviews we had to wait for hot and ready pizza.
