The food was delicious and staff was all super awesome! They were busy since we went on Mothers Day, but even as busy as they were, our server Micah was very attentive and made sure to check on us. All staff was very nice, highly recommend!?!

We were so busy chatting I forgot to take photos. This is a cute little place with lots of seating inside. Service was super friendly and although they don't sell cocktails they do have beer and wine available. All the dishes that we saw looked incredible and we ordered the two recommended by the server. One was a bestseller which was the shredded chicken over potatoes in the parmesan sauce with jasmine rice. The other was the steak with french fries and Peruvian rice. Both were incredible, to and we each got a glass of wine. We will definitely be back!

This place is bomb! Portions are generous and fairly priced.
My personal favorites were the ceviche and the chicharron sandwich. We got the rotisserie chicken as well, which my friends really enjoyed, but I personally thought it wasn't as great as I hoped for. Perhaps I just prefer my chicken fried. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Flavors are all vibrant and unique and I would come again.

Since our initial time here the quality of service has declined a bit. While the food continues to be good, customer service and ordering times need improvement. We ordered way ahead, online and the food was still over 30 mins late when we arrived. Staff hadn't even prepared our order when we arrived at pickup time and had to search for the order. I would recommend for Peruvian food close to it's authentic roots, but would reconsider based on time and customer service.

Great tasting chicken and cilantro chicken soup! Everything was really flavorful. Will definitely be back to try more dishes. Five stars.

Not worth the wait and will never get my business again. The quality of the food was subpar. Not exactly sure that they prepare the food on a first come first serve basis. We sat down, and people walked in 30 minutes after us placed an order to go and left long before we were even served. Took over 35 minutes to get an appetizer to the table which ended up being over cooked yuca and a poorly made ceviche appetizer that had the fish covered in a layer of salt or Ajinomoto, not 100% which of the two but it was not made correctly or edible for that matter. Closer to the 45 minute mark had passed without any check ins from the server and after many attempts to get someone’s attention I finally got 3 kids meals to the table (2X salchipapa and chicken with fries) and two adult plates. At this time I let them know they forgot a grilled cheese kids meal and they proceeded to tell me that it’s just taking a while because they are busy and so the wait continued. After the hour mark of having placed our order a kids grilled cheese finally made its way to our table. Everyone of the servers made us feel unwelcome for having asked what the status of this grilled cheese was. In addition when I paid no one apologized for the poor service or inconvenience or anything. They just made me feel like it was my fault for going there and didn’t even say have a nice day!or anything just left me with silence. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had and panca will never again have my business.

I really enjoyed the food. Our Spanish class met here for a "cultural activity" and it was great. They have patio seating outside so we all could fit. I would go back.

At first I wasn't impressed with the entrance. Since I don't judge and Google suggested this place based on my other visits to Peruvian restaurants I gave it a try.
The food has no flavor at all the presentation is without imagination.
I ate the Aji de Gallina: Creamy spicy sauce with Parmesan, Peruvian yellow pepper, and pecans served over a bed of potato and a side of Peruvian white rice.
It's not good I was very sick for two days after eating this dish. For $15.95 it's not worth it. Also you don't serve potato and rice at the same time. "Creamy chicken" had more potato and hardly any chicken.
Husband ordered Papa Rellena: Two soft potatoes stuffed with tender beef, cooked in Peruvian spices, white onion, garlic, raisins, and, and a slice of hard-boiled egg, served with a side of Peruvian white rice and Salsa Criolla. For $13.95 to eat deep fried potatoes with maybe 1g of meat stuffed inside is not worth it. Husband ordered salad in lieu of rice. At least he enjoyed that.
Food not served as described in the menu ... once served, the portion was certainly underwhelming.
The beer, although expensive at $8.00, was the only other part of the experience we did enjoy.
I noticed one of cooks inside the kitchen had a full black beard without a net; one of the waitresses who brought the food had a very dirty apron.
As a courtesy we went there maybe 2 days later to talk to the manager to let them know I got sick so that they can make needed improvements to keep others from getting sick as well. However the response was that s/he was too busy to talk to us.
A person who knows what authentic Peruvian food tastes like, I've eating in several in e.g. NYC, will not eat there again. For me, as soon as a restaurant's dish makes me sick, I will never go back!
