Burger King

Decided to give Burger King a shot instead McDonald's. Their ultimate platter is different from the website ultimate platter somehow. Was given only 1/2 croissanwhich. Called the place and they hung up on me. Worker said she was all by herself and busy and to call her later. Who ever runs this place better figure out their employee situation, if not they should be back there cooking rather then setting up their location for failure. If you go to burger king, I recommend a different location.

The customer service, whoppers, and chicken fries here are good, a large whopper meal here is kinda pricey. I had to pay $10.49 for it. The deals are alright but if you want to get a heap meal that can fill you up then don't go here. McDonald's has better and cheaper deals than here and In n Out is more convenient and cheaper than Burger King. The soda machine is alright. I was kinda expecting them to have the Coca Cola freestyle machines(the ones that they have at Jack in the box). There is one good thing as well. That is you get free wifi when you go there, something you don't get when you're in other restaurants for the most part.

This is a terrible location . I had the very unlucky experience to deal with an employee named Lila. She had the worst customer service and a nasty attitude. we waited 30 minutes for our food only to find our she gave it away to someone else . no problem accidents happen, however she had the nerve to sit there rolling her eyes at us flipping her hair as if it were our fault she made a mistake . she treated us so poorly will never be coming back . She needs a lesson on customer service or a new job .
