Pizza Hut

I have lived near this Pizza Hut for over 35 years so I have definitely frequented it numerous times. The last few times I have ordered at this location I came to pick it up. My order is always fresh and correct. The store is always very clean. The employees are all very respectful, friendly, and professional. Heidi is always very sweet and has a wonderful personality.

I had ordered a pizza, breadsticks and cinnabon rolls for my child who is in the Marines in Oceanside California. Me, being in Illinois was grateful for the ability to order him what he was craving. I asked him if everything was ok, and all he could say was it was delicious and thank you, Never knew a pizza could taste so good....YOU DID GOOD PIZZA HUT!!!!!

I ordered pizza and it never came I tried calling them and they would pick up and disconnect the call and when the manager called me the next day she said a manager attempted to deliver the order and that he would never lie … I’m like I didn’t say he was lying but I didn’t get the food a call or even any of you to pick up the phone never ordering here again food is overpriced too like to get quality for this price and treatment . To sum it up no food, manager or whatever was rude just now and the other lies

I have ordered the same pizza for many years now, sausage and mushrooms. Did you change the recipe. It had been a few months we have not ordered it. Looking forward enjoying it but the experience was not the same. There was barely any sauce on this pizza, scattered amounts, mainly if we lifted the cheese, we could see the crust right below with no sauce. It was lacking the delicious sauce flavor we were able to enjoy with the regular amount of sauce. Do we now have to request and pay for extra sauce to enjoy the experience?

I order from here quite often or I should say my daughter does. But usually due Little Ceasars because it's cheaper . Tonight I wanted a real good pizza and ordered the dinner box with bread sticks and cinnamon bread sticks. The pizza waa not good. Half of it was literally dough with no sauce or cheese I should have taken a picture. It was awful. Little Ceasars is way better then this pizza was. I hope it was just a bad night but I will be going back to little ceasars next time. A waste of money for sure. Super disappointed. Cinnamon breadsticks are the best though.
