I am seriously disappointed with this mcdonalds, this isn't just a troll comment... they seriously said they had given me my cones I asked for when they had NOT. I clearly heard them say in the kitchen "everything was sent tell them to stop bit*hing. I cannot believe the disrespect to a paying customer who was not impolite at all. will NOT be going back

Really annoyed I cant ride my bike through to grab a milkshake after I clock out from work at 10pm. They could make more money if only they allowed that.
Or could I just walk through the drive thru.
Or could they leave the front door open and tell me not to sit anywhere. Like during 2020 covid season.

Fries were hot and fresh. Big Mac was lukewarm. If McDonald's made their burgers fresh they would be good and I would eat here often.

Really fast, really fresh (unless you want fresh cookies) I always ask for a fresh 3 pack of chocolate chip and they haven't failed. (Fingers crossed) they do close the lobby pretty early tho.

The dine area was closed earlier than we thought it would be. The drive thru told us to pull over when there was only one car in front of us. Then they brought us the wrong order, the door was locked, have to go back thru the drive thru.

Terrible customer service from manager. I asked what kind of drink they gave me. Instead of just answering, he said "well what did you order?" I had never used kiosk, so I was unsure if I ordered the right thing. Then he "smart mouthed" me and I gave it right back to him. He actually threatened to call the police. I asked him if he thought that was a good use of police resources. I said all I was asking was for him to be civil.

The slowest McDonald's I have ever seen. With an almost empty hall, you can expect your order for 20-30 minutes. There are people who are obviously not good at their jobs. And it's been a long time. I don't know where the owner is looking.
