Excellent service and quality was top!
Our sandwiches were out quick and hot. The ribeye was tender and I recommend getting double meat and cheese. It makes a difference for sure.
The bread is light and soaks up the love from the sandwich but not too the point it's soggy. It holds together well and it's a solid meal.

Whole family are for under $20. The sauce is really good and the steak and cheese is as good as you'd get in Philly.

I love this place bc of the the friendly staff who welcome me in by name and know my orders. They are quick on getting me my order so I can get back to work for a half hour lunch break. The salads are good and filling to carry me over to the end of my shift and the subs are delish and do the same.

I flippin love this place, I stop in for an 8" steak & onion with cheese and mushrooms nearly every time I take a trip to, or just pass through the Lansing area. It's not fancy, but it's still great!

The workers were friendly and quick. The steak subs are always good. I tried the spicy Italian for the first time. The meat and bun were fresh and the sub tasted great. I will be getting it again. This location has waffle fries, I have not noticed that at other locations.

Daughter and I on our way home from up North. Always wanted to try Big John's.... Definitely the best steak, cheese, onions and peppers that I have ever had on a sub! The red sauce put it over the top! Great employee with freckles made recommendations, she was thorough and polite. Clean store, great experience!!

The food is great! Highly recommend putting the housemade red sauce on your sandwich. The staff was extremely helpful and engaging. They wanted to make sure that the food was up to expectation and I was happy with my choice. I travel for work and will definitely make this one of my go to spots when in Lansing.

On our way home from up north...pretty late 9:30 p.m. and remembered there was a Big John's in Lansing that we would order when our daughter went to Michigan State.
I called in my order...very nice and helpful employee's there and WOW...
