Backyard Bar Bq

TLDR: Absolutely wonderful place to get some quick, tasty food! While going on lunch one day, I was asking my coworkers for a nice option around, and one of them recommended this place! Best decision ever. It's always an easy in-and-out when I order online, and the staff is incredibly friendly!! The place is always spotless, and right when I walk in the door there is usually someone there to help me. The prices, this day in age, are incredibly reasonable for what you receive. If you're looking for a new place to grab something to eat, definitely add this one to the list of ones to try.

Stopped in for lunch today (Saturday). The service was very quick and friendly. The main options are pulled pork, beef, and chicken. I ordered the BBQ beef sandwich and highly recommend it. The beef was perfectly tender; not chewy or tough. The Flatbread was warm and toasted, and the BBQ sauce was a great flavor as well. I highly encourage those who are looking for lunch outside the normal fast food to give Backyard BBQ a taste. You won't regret it.

Jordan and the team at Backyard catered a neighborhood tailgate event for me recently. Jordan is exactly the kind of person you want handling this: caring, honest, excellent communication, and invested in the success of the event (good taste in music doesn't hurt either). This team took having their name attached to our event seriously, and I'm confident they've gained new customers who'll drive from Dewitt for the food. The food is flat out excellent. I found this tiny little place. The smell was so enticing. The barbecue is awesome the slaw is great on the sandwich. The mac and cheese is to die for. I did wish they would have put horseradish in their coleslaw. The sauce is yummy and also the dry rub was great. The young person serving the food was very knowledgeable and very friendly.
