We had some octopus and a pork chop, and it was delicious. A lovely place to spend a romantic evening.

Wonderful food, great Moscato, and friendly bartender. We sat at the bar since we didn't reservations. I ordered the smoked mushroom risotto. It was delicious! They serve warm bread with dipping sauce as you wait. The bartender was very friendly and showed us the bottle of Moscato, Sourgal. It was delicious. Will definitely go back on my next visit to OKC.

Outstanding service, food and atmosphere. Only went there because of the proximity to the Civic Center. Had never heard of it but we will be back. The airline chicken was amazing 👏

Was happy to be back at Patrono before we took in a show at the Civic Center. The bread and butter is great and they keep it coming. The White Anchovies were a perfect starter. We added the meatballs to the Spaghetti Basil. We also added some airline chicken to the Roman Carbonara. All the food was amazing and we finished it off with some cookies and cream gelato and coffee! Enjoy!

My husband and I had a wonderful dinner. The staff were friendly and checked on us frequently. The meal was paced out perfectly, so we didn't feel rushed. You could tell each dish was crafted from fresh ingredients. The highlight was the San Marzano pasta with the spicy Italian sausage. Also, I'd love to package up the balsamic reduction butter!

This place stole my heart. From the moment we walked in, the staff was very attentive, polite and friendly. The food was unbelievably delicious. We had prosciutto, and scallops with grilled Octopus as appetizers. I have never tasted Octopus and Scallops as good as theirs. It was a show stopper to say the least. The steaks were prepared perfectly. The sides were also delicious. If you haven’t been there, make a reservation and go!! You will thank me.

Looking for a nice place to enjoy an evening out? Patrono does not disappoint. Our waitress Laura was super sweet and helpful. The food was Amazzzzzzzing. My favorite was the pork chops and her favorite was the octopus. Either way we really enjoyed the evening. Thanks Patrono.

This is a little late review as we visited this place on Father's Day. First of all I highly recommend you make a reservation as the restautant is rather small. Even though they were out of a few items on the menu that day, we were pleased with everything else we tried. The server was knowledgeable of their products and professional. From the drinks, appetizers, main course to the desserts, we all enjoyed.

Excellent food, excellent service, and great wines too. They happily accommodated dietary requirements and even baked a fresh loaf of gluten free bread for me. Grant provided us with very attentive service. Highly recommend!
