Absolutely love this place for a fresh sandwich. They not only have a regular ruben but a turkey ruben for those of us who don't like corned beef. Sauerkraut is so yummy and not a lot of issues with being stringy or too moist. This place has the most delicious sandwich choices, yet not too many sides you can choose from other than the standard pastas. Chips and soda are fresh and there is plenty of seating. I highly recommend this place for the sandwiches alone but the atmosphere is fantastic as well.

The Early Bird definitely lives up to the hype. The smoked turkey, with dressing and cranberry jalapeno jam is perfection! Love that they offer local beer.

Scottie's has some of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The first time I went, I decided to try their signature duck pastrami sandwich which was amazing and, although it's a bit pricey, totally worth what you pay if not more. I also got the matzo ball soup which was great for a cold day, though I thought overall it was alright. The pasta salad is pretty solid too and I enjoyed it! The workers are friendly and helpful if you've never been and need recommendations, though you can't really go wrong with anything you choose!

I had the Pais sandwich and it was great! It was very messy and hard for me to eat but boy was it great! It had pastrami, slaw and dressing - so much flavor. I also had the s'mores cookie which was equally tasty. I will definately return!

First time here and was blown away. Not easy to do with a sandwich, but all their ingredients are top shelf. And the beer selection is vast. The inside looks really cool and clean, there is nice patio seating where you can bring your dog, and the service is quick.
I recommend the new York New York. The best pastrami and corned beef I've ever eaten. Try it out!

Shared a wonderful lunch with my beautiful sister ❤️ at Scottie's Deli. These guys know what they're doing with these sandwiches folks. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is incredible. If you're looking for a deli definitely check this place out.

The pastrami on rye was amazing! I make my own bread so I love a good fresh loaf but I'm not sure which was the star, the pastrami or bread! Either way it was a very happy marriage! Loved that they had Zapps chips! My favorite but they didn't offer the Voodoo flavor only the Voodoo Heat which is so sad.

We went on Sunday afternoon and it wasn't to crowded. I ordered the New York and it was really good. My husband ordered the French dip style sandwich and it was also really good. The potato salad wasn't my favorite but I'm a mustard potato salad kind of gal. The kids PBJ was good and the kids grilled cheese but they were a little expensive. Everything here is on the high side for a deli. But it was all really yummy and fresh tasting.

Scottie’s has been a great addition to 23rd since it opened especially for this native New Yorker who had been missing that classic New York Deli. The sandwiches are well made and delicious, and their house cured meats are phenomenal!! The new fries for dinner were a fantastic addition too! The Early Bird (November sandwich special), which is the best of Thanksgiving on a fresh baked hero was off the charts!! Highly recommend!
