Whataburger

i came in late on a thursday night , drive thru was long and the workers were all very busy doing their jobs , however i was greeted as soon as i walked in the door & the manager was very polite. i put my order in and forgot to say no onions , i was helped quickly again & he had no issue changing a detail on my order even in the middle of a busy rush. my food was delivered in about 7 minutes & it was fresh & delicious as always! the lobby was clean and the workers were all very polite. i recommend this location over any of the others in okc

I enjoy the grilled chicken patty for breakfast. Always freshly prepared and delicious. The staff is hard working and nice. There was a young African American guy outside when I entered that took great pride in cleaning the outside walkway , windows and lobby. He asked my thoughts and I commended him. He continued to work at putting things in order. I prefer to go to this Whataburger on Penn. Ave.

I had such a good sandwich # 1 , then I asked them to cut it in half for me, it was so good that I went back the next three days and got the same sandwich, yummy, so good, hot, great taste, flavor and so juicy. Manager Otto was very nice , he even asked if I needed anything else and offered me a cup holder to help me out. ********** I give Mr. Otto's store 10 stars. Penn/ Memorial store across from Walmart.

Derek at the counter was amazing. He brought a smile to my face. Fast Service. Fresh fries. Very clean restaurant. I ordered 2 combos for dine it and it was delivered to my table quick and fresh. Derek brought a condiment plater to my table and served us condiments and napkins. My pattymelt was the best I have had at a Whataburger. I asked for it to be cut in half and it was. The bacon cheeseburger combo I also ordered was ordered with extra pickles and it came correctly. Staff were busy working and cleaning tables and friendly.
