Arby's

Every visit is the reason we return regularly. Great service, these employees deserve to be recognized, maybe even a raise. It's because of them I returned as a regular. The other Arby's, two different ones just didn't have the greatest food. Service was okay, but it was a major turn off. After over a year, we tried this location. Now it's at least twice a month we're here. Love it again finally. Maybe it's the part of town, or the management, I don't know. But everyone makes this place and the personality of the restaurant a wonderful experience. Not one more than the other, they all deserve a little something from the company letting them know they are appreciated and the Arby's name is better for having them as employees. I dine-in or take out instead of the drive through because I like the environment and how I'm treated

Sometimes it is nice to get something that isn't a hamburger. Arby's roast beef sandwiches are great. We got the 4 for $10, curly fries and the cream and strawberry fried pies. The sandwiches were great, the meat moist and flavorful. The curly fries were a nice change from the normal fries at hamburger places. The fried pies were ok. They were not very flavorful. They were ok, but I wouldn't get them again. The lobby was not open. When they forgot to give us Arby sauce we had to yell across another car at the drive through to the guy at the window to get sauce. Not fun.

Location off NW EXPWY & Council I was very pleased today ...I went through Drive Thru, I had 2 separate orders, both with coupons and the lady taking my order was very pleasant. She said I'm the only 1 here so give me sec, she said "just letting you know before you get up to window and Im not there". When she came to window, she handed our drinks, took our pymt ...came back with our food "said be careful the Mozzarella Sticks are HOTT." (which they were)!!! I said it's just you in there by yourself she said "yes" said the cooks earlier left for the day, the schedule got totally messed up. She's there helping, originally from Mustang location. I was so impressed how prompt, polite and fast she was with her running it by HERSELF. CHELSEA (manager) you are handling your business, by YOURSELF and ALL the food was HOTT and Good. I HAD TO SHOUT HER OUT. Awesome!!!
