Pier 88

We normally go to the bar due ota always a wait time. But two nights ago we went an hour before closing. You can tell the Stagg was ready to leave. But let me tell ya, Jeanette our server was amazing she never made us feel rushed, the food was good as always. But her service just made the night. The country boil with the pier 88 sauce yummy 😋. Thanks Jeanette for everything.

When they first opened, I used to come religiously on Tuesday’s. It’s been over a yr since I last came prior to the other night. I ordered the Royal Shrimp Combo to go and it was GOOD! No complaints. I came close to around 9pm for my to-go order. The place did not look dirty so I didn’t see what others were complaining about. It just gives older Cajun seafood establishment vibes. 🤷🏾‍♀️. Could it possibly use a face lift, yes (for the front door that’s broken). I cannot truly rate the service bc my order was to-go. The food was amazing and tasted good. I have no regrets for revisiting this place after all these years.

It was our first time here today and the royal shrimp boil was soo good! We got it with the 88 special seasoning and heat level medium. The fried crawfish was really good too! I loved everything I got here today. You should definitely try this place! Plus if you bring a sharpie you can sign the wall, how fun!!
