Braum's

I ordered a double banana fudge sundae made with cherries pecan ice cream no almonds. I received a brownie fudge sundae with cherries pecan ice cream no almonds. I did not notice till arrived home and started eating. Wouldn't have been sooo bad except brownie was hard. I only ate ice cream and hot fudge. My ticket did say banana fudge sundae 🤷🏽‍♀️

My experience with the Braums on NW Expressway and Harvest Hills was one of kindness and gratitude. I had purchased a gallon of milk that day, put it in my car, and forgot it was in there until 5 hours later. (Senior moment) I called Braums and told them what I had done and asked if they would be willing to swap it out for me. She asked her manager if she could ; the manager said, "yes" this one time. I was so grateful. Sometimes when companies show a little empathy to their customers, it goes a long way in customers patronizing their business. When I returned the milk, I was greeted by two very nice young workers. Because I had a foot injury, one carried the new gallon of milk out to the car for me. It turned out to be a good day after all.
