Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Tonight we walked in last minute to order chicken for family visiting for a wedding. The ladies were awesome, let us know catering options and fried 50 pieces of chicken, baked our Mac n cheese, packaged everything just right and smiled the whole time! Thank you ladies for taking such good care of us!

I’ve been here twice and both times the same young lady has waited on me. Keena rocks! She seems like a great employee and always fun to talk to while waiting on my food. The food has always been hot and love the biscuits. My only complaint isn’t even your fault. I always seem to come in towards closing time and the sweet tea is always almost empty. But that’s because it’s fire.

Liked it so much, I visited twice today. First time at lunch, service on point, food nice and fresh, in, out, no problem. Second time at dinner, not anywhere near the rush they get at lunch time, this time food still hot and fresh (when I got it) but service was a little slow. Manager? Shift lead? said it would be about 10 minutes. No one was working. His words, not mine. Also seemed as though someone was missing from doing their assigned duties according to another employee there. I'll still go back though.

I rarely give 5 Stars so this is different. Not only was the fried chicken excellent and the service excellent as well, but the staff was at the utmost in their display of professionalism. One person in my party has a certain meat allergy, Donny the night manager checked with them during their entire order and made certain they weren't receiving any type of that animals products in their entire order. The building was clean, and the staff brought their A game to the table. (My visit was on 5/14/19 at about 2145 hrs management) Their actions were above par and beyond the normal call of their duties.

This has always been the best place to get Popeyes chicken on our side of town. It's good and fresh every time. Different than the Yukon store where everyone tries to avoid. It's not a great place to dine because it is a truck stop and there are just a few tables. However, we are always carrying out and taking home. So really great for that.
