I definitely feel at ease about my current visit with Apria Healthcare services that have been provided for me. After visiting with William, he explained everything to me that I enquired about when using my oxygen concentrator, I am at ease with the use of my oxygen concentrator. I have been using Apria since 2018. They have been quick to respond to all my needs. All the reps who have been to my house have been knowledgeable and courteous, but Destiny goes the extra mile. She not only has the hospital experience needed to understand the medical side of my disease and the equipment, but she also understands the psychological side of it which makes her invaluable to her patients and a great asset to Apria.

We have been dealing with Apria in OKC for several years. The service was always horrible, borderline negligence. But there has apparently been a big change in personnel and it is like night and day. Now they are very professional, polite, and eager to reform their reputation. Don't hold past reviews against them too much. Keep it up Apria, we appreciate it.

The staff were so quick and prompt with the orders from my physician. They explained everything, they were kind to me, and the service that I got from them was excellent. They all persisted in meeting my needs, and were very patient with my first-time patient questions. I know most of the names of the folks who helped me, but, sadly, I do not remember every name. But each person knows who they are, and I am thankful for their care.

One time a request for hoses didn't go right, I had plenty. I was wanting some a special one with foam on earpiece, received regular. Next time I ask the driver for them, hehad them here in a day or two. When I hade problems with my home unit, even though it was working they had a new one right out. They have me set up good.or my insurance does. Home concentrator, portable,and big tank. We city folks are spoiled, trying to get set up for a 3 or 4 month stay in a town in east Texas. Well I think I have more equipment on hand than they do. So now I will give them five stars. Get the Oklahoma City phone number and work with them. The number that is posted is their home office. May not be the one in California but it's not Oklahoma. Okc number five stars, the other numbers no comment.
