I always get a good experience here. The place is clean and spacious, with help from the employees working here. I do see people giving employees a hard time though. It's amazing to see a portion of customers be petty about fast food. Food here is fresh and hot, and if you ask about promotions it's usually a good deal for families. Service is fast! I ordered so much food and employees gave it to me quickly. Price is a little above average depending if you're not going for the normal meal, but we're talking about real chicken that's freshly cooked on site, not precooked and reheated.

The service at this location is usually very fast and friendly. I've never had a problem with any of their food and the dining area is always very clean. The bathrooms are also usually clean. There is a drive thru for those who don't want to leave their cars. I find the $5.00 fill up boxes are their best value. It includes chicken, a side order, a biscuit and a drink. Hard to beat for a quick lunch or even dinner.

Don’t expect there to be chicken when coming here. 30 min wait for original recipe chicken pieces. Many times I come here and they are always out of wings or original. They don’t make more when it’s low. They make it when it’s gone and someone actually orders. Pathetic. Managers should be fired. Not exactly fast food when you have to wait in the parking lot of 30-40min even though they tell you 20min.
