Wendy's

I understand the stress of working in fast food, I used to work down the street from here at Taco Bell which is arguably busier than this Wendy’s. I get it if you’re mad at someone for showing up 3 minutes before you close and they order 30 items from the dollar menu, but at 6:00pm when everyone is getting out of work it shouldn’t be unexpected for people to come and get food, from a fast food restaurant. The reason I’m writing this is because Kristy had an awful attitude. We went in as not to hold up the line, and she didn’t say anything except “okay, it’s gonna be a minute” before we said anything. Eventually she came up and looked at us silently, so I began to order, and after 2 words she cut us off and said “is that for here or to go?” And then started to help someone with a door dash order mid-sentence, which she didn’t know who’s was who’s, and had mixed up with one other door dash order, so that was taking a minute. Eventually the manager helped us and was understanding, and seemed to be just as confused as us by Kristy’s behavior. When the order came up Kristy didn’t bother handing it out, thankfully. I appreciate the manager who’s name I didn’t catch unfortunately, and I apologize for the negative review but I know it’s the only way it will be brought to anyone’s attention.

They're finally getting our orders correct. But why is the food ALWAYS cold? When are the new fries getting to this location, because they're always cold and hard as cardboard, or luke warm and mushy. So nasty. The other wendys charged me for items I never ordered, lied about it and corporate never refunded me, so I have no other option if I want wendys.

Good Wendy's. It's a Wendy's so you do know what to expect, it's nothing different in that regard. I ate here for lunch frequently, both to go and dining in, and never had a bad meal, or a mixed up meal. The dining room is large with plenty of seating. The to go lanes are also easy to access and provide fast service. Definitely recommended.

Honestly, the wait is sooooo long. Customers are irritated, the employee here don’t follow the Health Safety Policy by not wearing latex gloves while working with foods especially meats and other raw foods. Very slow service, careless employees and at one point, I see a worker singing, not paying attention. This place need those works fired and replaced with well-experience managements and more casual friendly place. Please fix this place up! EDITED: OH MY GOD. THEY EVEN FORGOT OUR FRIES. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
