Just came w my son who has allergies to pecans! We asked the server to please kindly wash the scooper or use a separate scooper for him! They were extremely rude and completely insensitive! He told I cleaned when I’m looking at him and he didn’t even attempt to clean the scooper!

The costumer service at this location is admirable and i will definitely be returning in the near future. i was helped by dean and his energy while working is very awesome. If you plan on stopping by, i’d ask for dean!!!

Went here with my children. Dean was very pleasant and went above and beyond for my children. My daughter has a huge crush on him now. Will be coming back :)

Great customer service! We had to wait outside the store because the line was so long but the staff kept the it moving really fast and one girl was constantly cleaning. The two girls on the stone were really helpful with recommendations, and the ice cream was delicious! Will definitely be coming back.
