The last time I was there was 3yrs ago because of such a horrible experience……. So I finally decided to give them another shot this morning & just like 3yrs ago they didn’t fail to disappoint me yet again!!!! My Sausage Egg McMuffin was black/Burnt top & bottom……TOTALLY DISGUSTING & my Hash Brown cold & limp!
I have been trying to call the manager for over an hour & no answer ….. it just goes straight to voice mail. I will be throwing it back thru the drive thru @ the managers face & telling him/her that they could feed that to their dog cause I wouldn’t even subject my dogs to this BURNT GARBAGE of a breakfast sandwich!!!!! I honestly don’t know how they stay open if this is the HORRIBLE product they sell.

The customer service at this Mcdonald's drive thru is the worst. Couldn't get the order correct for 3 items....Give them the 10.76 for a bill that was 7.76. They drop the change and only give you back the difference instead of the 3.00 that you should have gotten back. Quick way for them to get over on money. Ask for coffee stirrer...and they look at you like you have ten heads. Buyer beware

Staff need to be trained well. Attitudes and the Service Quality at it's Lowest. Waited 20 Minutes at the Drive Thru Counter..

We were forgoten about after we were told to pull to the the side. And after waiting 15 min told that they lost our food and everything would be right out. Waited 10 more min and food was still cold.
