I have never been to a Runza with a worker who smiled so big! Taylor was a fresh of breath air. The man running the window for food was a different story. I felt that in the time I sat there eating, he was rude to his employee who was keeping the front running and maintaining the cleanliness all at the same time. Keep your smile Taylor you deserve a raise!!!

I was in Omaha to run an errand, and needed to grab lunch before hitting the road again. I had exact change after my gift cards, and the person at the window was so wonderful and kind. I got fresh, hot food. I was even reminded how hot it would be. They even offered me extra honey mustard.

I had the best drive-thru experience possible this morning. The person working the drive through, I think her name is Taylor (from the receipt), was just the absolute nicest and friendliest person. Ty for being awesome.

Drive-thru service here has always been pleasant. Even during busy times, the food comes out quick, and always prepared to order. The staff are always smiling, and friendly, and seem to enjoy working there.
