Staff is ever friendly. I appreciate the continuity between locations. Quick service without being rude.
My reason for 4 stars on service is, there is one person at another location (certainly not this one), that never seems to be happy to be there. She seems put out when a drink is ordered.

Very Friendly staff! The lady at the drive thru window had a huge smile and was helpful in helping me decide what I wanted. I don't normally get Scooters, or coffee in general, so the help was refreshing.

Absolutely love this location. My coffees always taste great and the staff is wonderful. There are 2 other locations closer to my home, but I drive to this specific location because of the great service!

Whenever I stop in Plattsmouth I gotta get me my coffee from the #1 coffee stop in town! Everyone that works there has a smile everytime and honestly look and act like real people good people!
