The GM of this store, Isaac, is genuinely a kind hearted man and ensured I had an Exceptional Experience with this Pizza Hut! I ordered online for delivery. Moments later Isaac called me to inform me his delivery driver was unable to be there, so he immediately said he would have it door dashed to me! The total was a bit over the balance of my debit card, bc I was planning to pay with cash. So I explained that to him…. So I had him delete my sick kiddo’s cookie and he applied additional discounts to make sure we got our food. When the order arrived, THE GIANT COOKIE 🍪 was there!!! My daughter was happy. I just feel like people like Isaac deserve to be recognized for going the extra mile to ensure happy customers even when no one is watching or there to give him credit. He helped me bc he felt that was the right thing to do.
This was all right before they closed too. I really appreciate you Isaac!
And the pizza was incredible!!

I really enjoyed our pizza. The only thing that bothered me is asking for delivery, I was instructed to go to another one because it out of area. I would have but it was closed. Ended up driving to get it. Some exceptions could made considering I was not that far.

Was open on New Years Day and obviously they were extremely busy. Didn't stop the employees from being courteous and very prompt to get our order out the door.

A carryout/delivery location only. There is no dining room. My daughter and her friend crave the occasional Personal Pan Pizza. So, since this is pretty much the closest Pizza Hut to Gretna I end up here. I order via the app, it's ready quickly, it's hot and tasty, and the employees have always been friendly.

One of the best Huts I've had delivered to me. They consistently come through for the past 3 years I've lived in the area. Hasn't been this good since I worked there myself. 20 min. delivery on a Friday night and food looked and tasted great.

Pizza came out when I got there. Nice and hot. The guy at the counter was very friendly as well. Store was clean. Will be back!

I work here as a driver. Personally I believe all of our staff cares about orders being made right, and correcting any mistakes we make. I realize my review may be bias since I work here, but we really do the best we can.

I order from this Pizza Hut a couple times a month. Employees are always great with customer service.They always have great service and the pizza is always great no matter the time i get it. Normally I have had back luck with Pizza Hut but this one is awesome.

I have not always been the biggest fan of Pizza hut in the past but this store is the best for service and making sure your order is right. They have changed my view on this chain. Pizza hut also has been having great deals on pizza lately so the value has increased tremendously. It is does taste pretty good with good options of toppings.
