The Claim House

A really nice water park for kids of all ages. My family spent almost all day there and had a great time. The water slides are a ton of fun. The only reason I didn’t give this place 5 stars is none of the other activities listed were functionally the time(mini golf). Overall, it was a great experience and fairly priced. Would recommend to anyone. We did not stay at the attached hotel because of the bad reviews and I think I’m glad we didn’t. It did seem kind of run down.

I booked on line. I was given an upgrade. The room was clean, and spacious. I thought the bed was particularly comfortable. I in fact , fell straight to sleep and wax in dream land before I knew it. Still wishing I could bring that.bed home. Did I mention there was a fire place? Anyway , I do recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be welcomed with a smile and professionalism, find a room with all the amenities and comfort anyone could want or need.

The front desk staff were friendly upon arrival. When we decided to explore, a staff member asked if they could help us find anything. This hotel is kid/family friendly. So if you're looking for a hotel that is quiet or spotless, this is not your hotel. However, if you have kids and don't want to worry about their every move in the room, or how loud they are because every other room has kids in it, then this is your spot. It is a huge hotel with some pretty awesome spots, it is exactly what you pay for. Not spotless, not filthy .. average.

After reading all the reviews I was terrified walking through the doors for the first time. But our hotel room was clean and smelled nice when we first walked in! The front desk staff was very friendly. They were very accommodating, inspite of our last minute reservation. Breakfast was great! Beds are comfortable. Staff all smiles with eye contact. Other than a few loud hotel guests, this hotel was a pleasant surprise! I will say it's in need of bit of an update which is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. Everything else was great!
