Wendy's

Used the drive through because we have a 6 month old, went to get 2 large frostys. It took them 2 minutes before they even asked us for an order, then another 5 minutes to take my card, and another 2 minutes for them to get the card back to me. They have been slow for the drive through before, so i didn't mind that. However, when they finally got us the frostys, they weren't even full larges. Waiting 9 minutes to get stiffed an inch worth of frosty each is the reason i'm not coming back.

I had amazing service. When I dined in I witnessed the night crew drop fresh fries every few minutes to keep them fresh. My burger was perfectly done even thou before ice gone in and its been over cooked. I loved the night crew. And I was there last night. Obviously they are starting to,do,something right.

One of the worst Wendy's I had been. I stopped after work around 9 pm and the staff was hanging around because it was no customers. I order a burger combo and 4 for $4. I didn't get one of my fries, the other fries were barely warm and the burger was the same situation. The staff weren't rude when I place my order but they seem like bother for me to be there. Just go get food somewhere else, it is not worth your time and your money stopping at this branch.

Waited 25 minutes to get our food since the drive thru was broken. Ordered our food and waited. Lady comes back and says sorry we don't have vanilla frostys would you like both chocolate. Said I guess so continued to wait some more. Got home to realize my burger was wrong. Quality has gone way way down.

Actual drive through greeting just now: welcome to Wendy's it will be four or five minutes before I can get to you. Sadly, this is very normal for this location. They frequently have issues with managing time when it's busy or even when it's slow. The credit card machine has been out of order on several visits. I have seen the manager walking from his car in the parking lot to the store with a grocery bag full of tomatoes as they are often out of basic ingredients.

Didn't even get to order food. This particular Wendy's is filthy and their staff is about as rude as you can be short of throwing stuff at your customers. When I walked up to the counter, I received a look that told me no one wanted to be their and that I was clearly interrupting their day. A young woman walked toward me, then turned around and said, "Joey, you have a customer". A man whom I assume was Joey looked at her, then went back to blabbing with co-workers. She repeated "Joey, you have a customer" 2-3 times. He would pause, look at her, then continue blabbing on. Never acknowledged me or moved to take my order. I went the Taco John's next door. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door and my order was taken immediately. Never coming to this Wendy's again. I suggest further training in customer service and general respect toward others for your entire staff.

Biggest group of degenerates I have ever seen running a fast food place. Spent 30 minutes in the drive thru and received no empathy, and no attention to detail from the staff on my order. I politely asked for my money back. The manager who was wearing a maroon shirt and was eating demonstrated a spineless attitude by shoving my money at me with no opportunity to talk and slammed the window in my face. I then went to a different Wendy's on 72nd and got excellent, timely service with a smile. Unlike this Wendy's, my order was correct. Health inspector needs to shut this place down. Gives the brand a poor name.
