I am a current employee and have been for over 20 years. I started as a CNA and worked up to a mangers position. There are several employees with 10+ years of service at RBJH. We often refer to our facility as "home" We pride ourselves on going above and beyond to keep our residents happy and healthy. I have had members of my own family in our facility for skilled care and could not have been happier. All facilities have those disgruntled previous employees that will create a "fake former employee" so they can give a review to bash the facility and the current employees.
