Went through the dtr on Christmas Eve around 4:30pm. The dtr service guy was friendly and we got our food quickly. Nice to have good service and good food on Christmas Eve.

I always use the drive-thru. Service is quick and friendly. My order has always have been correct.

I was in the drive through late (probably 12:45am).when the car in front of me got there food they screamed “thanks you ni**er.” Undoubtedly a west Omaha high school kid trying to make his friends laugh (in his car).
I pulled up to the window and it was 2 African American women, one training the other. So polite making sure my order was correct. I can’t explain how impressive it is to be able to do your job after hearing someone scream that nonsense there way.
My order was correct and delicious. I just wish I could hug the drive through workers tonight. They had every right to walk off, but those brave drive through workers kept going.
I hope this location knows how lucky that are to have such strong women working in their drive through.

I love taco bell. This is a good location, can get pretty busy sometimes. I've seen alot of personnel turnover here though but that's expected for fast food. The wait can get a little long while they are training but overall I've had accurate food orders which is a bonus

It may sound different, but this Taco Bell is a gem. The people who work there are very nice. They enjoy working. We have found the food is always fresh. The lines are shorter. We actually drive past the one on 114th and Maple to this. It actually saves time. I hope it does not change.
