Domino's Pizza

My family or 4 waited 30min at a restaurant and the waiter ignored us while my sons drink sat empty and my husband tried to flag her down so we left seeing as we didn't have our food either. Ordered from Domino's and headed to pick it up. Got there, and the tracker still was on Prep, so I popped into the store and the gentleman at the counter asked if I was the pickup and apologized they were slightly behind but was working on that order. Very respectful. I noticed 2 of my 3 pepperoni pizza had jalapeños when we ordered only 1 with and they apologized and promptly made us a new one without. Very nice staff. We order from this store all the time. Thank you.

I always do takeout as I’m close and have a constant fear of mess ups. It paid off for me today as the pizza I received didn’t have the correct toppings. Annoying yes, but I gotta give the store credit as they made me a new pizza immediately no questions asked in addition to letting me keep the other. As a person who personally works in the CS world I know you’re not going to get it right 100% of the time. It’s your willingness to own up and correct those mistakes that will makes me stay a customer. Thanks Dominos. See ya next time

I order from this specific location every Friday, with the exception of "Black Friday ", because of all the leftovers. I love this store because they're so nice, personable, fast, and treat you like family. I used to go to another pizza joint but they would make you jump through hoops to order their specials. I had been ordering the same thing, every Friday, at the same store for several years. It seemed that if you had customers that were very loyal and they were like "clockwork ", you would at least act like you were part of at least a "community " , but they didn't. I changed to Domino's Pizza and we were welcomed into the "family ". Thank you for going above and beyond the call of your job and being extra kind to us.
