Phillip's Drive In

I didn't have a terrible experience but it wasn't great either. I went at lunch time and they were busy as expected. I ordered a cheeseburger, large tots, and a strawberry hand dipped shake. I found out later it's better to call your order in ahead. After waiting about half an hour, I got a cold cheeseburger, an order of tots that I would call small on the kids menu, and the shake. The Strawberry Shake was A-maz-ing! It was everything that I hoped for and then some. Very rich and smooth and lots of chunks of real strawberries. I was also told next time get the "Jerry burger" and order ahead. I may give it another chance for food, but definitely will be going back for another shake.

Very pleased with our visit. We were passing through town and stopped for dinner. The place was packed so we knew it had to be good. For 20.00 we got two double cheeseburgers, an order of baby tots, a shrimp dinner complete with fries and coleslaw, a medium fountain soda and a large milkshake. There is a drive thru or you can dine inside. The restaraunt is very clean and the staff very friendly.
