Getting very stingy with their toppings to the point where you mostly just get bread. This was the third time in the past year we have gotten pizza like this.

First time using internet ordering. I was pleased with the ease of the purchase. I also liked that I could choose what time I wanted to pick up my order. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the Oneida location Pizza Hut 😀

Fast delivery and hot food during lunch time. After lunch time they call you to tell you to use door dash and pay with a card as they do not have a delivery driver for the afternoon-night shifts and haven't for almost 2 month now but it is still offered on the website. Either get a driver or stop allowing delivery orders through your website and only offer through door dash. I will not use a card and pay extra on top of extra for door dash just to get cold and missing food.

Thought we would try again....walked in no greeting in sat down no greeting for 15 minutes to placed order waited 1 hour ...deliveries were going out other people got served that came after us...walked out will not return for a third try...order was simple ...no excuse for poor service...place was not crowded 4 tables. Waitress moved very slowly... Not friendly... Not a friendly place, not a place I would recommend...plus the temperature was too cool to be relaxed to enjoy a meal..poor poor management...

What a surprise. I've been to many Pizza Hut restaurants all over the US and Puerto Rico. You get used to the pizza chain flavor and service and don't expect too much of the experience. Not here. The stuff crust Supreme pizza was fantastic. Lots of flavor and fresh ingredients. Don't wait too much for it and it just great. Staff was great and their customer service was impressive.Highly recommend this place if you are visiting Oneida.

Yesterday one of my pizzas was under done. It needed two to three more minutes in the oven. The crust was not brown it was blonde. Also I ordered online an hour before pick up at 2:30 and I arrived at 2:48 and my pizza was not even out of the oven. I waited for 20 minutes to get a pizza that was supposed to be ready 37 minutes before. The restaurant had one car when I pulled in.

Actually NOT even a 1 Star!!! Had to ask for plates and utensils and then the plates were dirty, no one came to the table to check on us and had to get our own drink refills from behind the counter, and 13 available tables and 9 had not even been cleaned and sat dirty with food and plates the entire hour we were in the restaurant
