Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

This restaurant is super nice, very clean and has amazing customer service and hostess. Our waitress was absolutely amazing with her recommendation and selection. This was my first time visiting, because i am traveling from Beirut to Los angeles, i am not local, i visited italy many times & i can assume that’s 100% Italian restaurant, Not once did we have to ask for anything. She was VERY busy but was extremely attentive to us. Brought us refills and extra bread without us asking. She made sure to check on us and that everything was to our liking. I would love to have her as my waitress anytime I go there. And the tablets on the table was so easy to pay the check and not wait at all. The tagliatelle chicken Alfredo is highly recommended to be tried and it’s my favorite dish from now on.

I'm so sorry to give this review only because I like Olive Garden. But this location is no longer what it use to be. Absolutely HORABLE!! We waited over an hr for a table. Then told it was going to take them 10-15 mins to clean the table. When we walked in, we saw many tables available. My family & I were seated at a dirty table with tons of dust around us. I guess thwy have no concept of "clean". I had to clean the table myself with my sanitize wipes. The booth we sat in was dusty & full of finger prints. Including the boths around us. When you looked up at the light fixture above our table, the dust was so thick it gave an extra dimness to the light. Don't look out the windows, you'll see tons of cobwebs. The carpet was beyond dirty, as well as the the hard floors. The restrooms were beyond dirty too(trash cans over flowing), broken hooks swiveling, dirty floor and only one stall that was decent enough to utilize. I should have taken more pictures. Gross!! While waiting for a table we saw employees walking across the grass area instead of walking around to serve pick up orders. Straight laziness! These young employees would cut off customers entering and exiting the front doors. Watching the hostess playing with her hair like she was in a salon SMH. This restaurant diffintly needs better management. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY or TIME HERE, NOT WORTH IT.

We went on Friday for Lunch. I got shrimp scampi, my mother got Alfredo pasta with shrimp and my kids got cheese pizza. The bread and salad were very tasty. The service is what put this place over the top. We got there 10 minutes till noon, so we did not have to wait to be seated. We were seated at a table towards the back. It was nice seeing so many families there enjoying the lunch specials. My waitress was very nice, and spoke Spanish. She was able to speak with my mom about her order.

The food was good it was the service that wasn’t. The hostess are not the friendliest. My daughter politely greeted them and they ignored her completely. Once are table was ready they asked how many kids menus I wanted and my daughter responded and once again was ignored. I told the hostess I need two and then after sitting us down we realized she did not give my daughters crayons or gave us utensils. The waiter came after and took our drinks and food order. We got our food and still no utensils. We waited for about 5 minutes staring at our food until I got up to go ask for them. Once we left my daughters said bye to the hostess and again no response. My kids seem to have better manners then they do.
