Casa Sanchez Restaurant

Service was great, the staff was friendly, and the restaurant was clean. I had the two cheese enchilada plate and I did not care for the food. The beans were runny, the enchiladas sauce was too thick and tasted like tomato sauce like it was missing something. I feel the salsa could use more ingredients and less chunky. Another item I ordered was a side of chicken breast. The cost was way over priced and disappointing. Don't let my review stop you from going. This is my preference on taste and may be exactly what you are looking for.

This used to be my go to place for Mexican food when I lived in Chino. I was out that way today and decided to stop by and get a to go order. The food was good but the service, not so much. I placed my order and sat in the lobby and waited. After 15-20 minutes of waiting, I finally got up to check on my order. Guess what? It's sitting there on a table getting cold for who knows how long. I ask the guy why he didn't say something, and he just looks at me with this weird look. Needless to say I wasn't happy when I left. I doubt I will be back again. It's called customer service and if you don't care about me, I don't care about you and will not support your business.

We sure do miss this restaurant since we moved away. We stopped by and had chili verde burritos, a taco and enchalad and lots of chips and salsa. This brought back a lot of good memories and the reason we have been stopping by for over 20 plus years. We are glad to see that they are still in business and should remain for years to come. Delicious and filling foods are served here.
