In-n-out Burger

I came in during my lunch break and they lost my order. My pick up number was 23 and I waited to give them time to process the large number of people that had just walked in. when they hit 30 I went to the counter to ask and they had lost my order. The guy reprinted my receipt and had my food ready in less than a minute. You could tell they had just put it together because everything was hot and crispy. It made me late coming back from work but I know things like this can happen, no biggie. The reason I give them three stars is because for one, the bread was pretty dry. And two, I'm almost certain my order was lost because as my transaction was in progress, a group of girls came in for their shifts and they began laughing and gossiping with the only register person. There was 5 people in line. Bad timing to spill about your friend who got dumped.

The young lady who took our order was very professional and nice. We had a very large order and at the close of the night about 1:15 am. She and her team handled it nicely. I was very satisfied with how they handled themselves especially since it was just a few minutes from them closing. To me that says something. Many employees at various establishments are just done at the end of the night and will treat you with contempt, but not here. Five stars across the board.

I have been coming here for years and I have had a bad experience with Daniellle. She got my order wrong and we had to come back to tell her. She was very rude about it and did not even think to apologize for making our whole order wrong. We are strictly vegetarian and she gave us beef in our burger which is against our religion. Please fire her.

TLDR: Right off the 10 fwy at Vineyard, this In-N-Out is a two-lane drive thru store built in the 80's. If you like the old style In-N-Out that is strictly a drive thru/takeout, then this is the place. There's no indoor seating, but a few benches are available. Parking is very limited and tricky to maneuver with cars pulling in and leaving the drive thru. Not much to say about the food since everything is standard and consistent at all In-N-Outs. If you like the food (and we do) then you will get the same consistent product here as you would at any location. I've reviewed the food for other locations so I'll point you to those reviews if you're new to In-N-Out restaurants. My order is double-double, animal style with fries well done. Shakes are excellent, and you can find "hidden menu" items by googling it.

I never thought In-N-Out would fall under poor quality. As many chains have. Mountain in Ontario, fries here as most (pieces)? Burger, cold & rubbery, I realize demand is high, I'd rather wait for a quality meal. And funny their quality has changed as they've increased their price. We're all talking about it. You're loosing your Customers. Do some checking on your business. "Some Businesses no matter how big, FOLD.. send out your Quality Mgr's. Protect Your Business not only Millennials eat here. People are sharing. I'm tired of being so disappointed!!!
