Experience with take-out: I went here because I had a $25 reward from Landry's. I saw the prices on the menu and was shocked that I wouldn't be able to get much with that money, so I was expecting to be disappointed (especially after seeing reviews). However, I was actually quite impressed with the food! The pastalaya was really good and worth getting again! I also got the caribbean rice as a side. It was nice (black beans in it), but nothing worth getting again. Cobb salad was pretty good. I went back another time with another $25 voucher and got the fish tacos and they were SO good! Once again I was very impressed! We also got a kid's meal with cheeseburger sliders, but nothing too impressive about them.

The overall ambiance is what you're really going for when coming to a place like this. Its a great place to enjoy with the kiddos! As for food and wuality of service I'd say its average nothing special. Bit on the pricey side but thats expected due to the ambiance. The service is what got me. We booked ahead and planned for our luncheon for our kids graduation with some friends. The table took 15mins after the fact. It was not quite ready but the kicker is that it took almost 1hr to take our order. We had been there nearly a full hour before the food came out. 40 minutes in before our actual order was taken and the gentleman/server was very direct. Not very friendly and seemed like he was not having a good day. Whats important is the kids had fun... Food 7/10 Quality 8/10 Service 5/10 Price $$$

I'll start the review off by saying that Louis is a rockstar! He was not even our waiter but helped out over and over again, bringing us drinks and taking our order even when he wasn't supposed to. The waiter that was assigned to us (rhymes with Pat and start with "M") forgot about us for the first 20 minutes and we never saw him until our orders have been taken by Louis . After that he came by to drop off the check and that was about it. Not sure what his problem was but I'm 90% sure he was intoxicated as there was a powerful smell of alcohol. The food is great, the ambiance was fantastic but if it wasn't for Louis this would probably have a two-star rating because all of that was overwhelmed by our poor service.

*They are currently hiring for all positions. Our experience wasn't due to staffing shortages or supply chain issues. First time visit for my family. Love that there are no screens at this restaurant. We spent $112 +tip for our family of four. This was our third attempt at being seated for dinner service. The first two times we walked up (this location is in a shopping mall) but since we were not "members" and didn't have a reservation, they could not accommodate us. The third time, I made a reservation a week in advance. We were seated and greeted by our server promptly. Drinks and an appetizer were ordered, two of the drinks never came for the kids. We later ordered our meals (2 kids meals and two regular menu items.) Food was delivered by a different staff member throughout the evening. The kids meals arrived prior to the appetizer. The kids had finished their meals prior to the adults meals ever arriving. Our waiter was MIA, so I spoke to the hostesses... during this time the food was delivered to our table. Our waiter then appeared and I communicated that the timing was off on the meal and that the kiddos were now rowdy because they were going to be expected to sit while the adults ate. He offered to bring them another menu item. The kids chose a dessert. *This should have been comped or discounted, it was not. Paid full price plus tip for a poor experience. Do not recommend at this time. Will likely try again in the future, giving staff more time to train. Paid for the ambience. The kids enjoyed it. Not the adults so much who didn't have the time to enjoy their meals. 👎

I love the scenery, its pretty dope! The food & drinks were good. I did think the nachos were a lil salty for my liking. I took a friend for his bday & the waitress Alex wasnt as attentive as we wouldve liked & took his cash over my atm card which bothered me abit 🙄 & said i made her nervous, because i asked her to take my card as she had already done before accepting his cash 🤷‍♀️🤔 we also waited long for our appetizers & entree... no bueno
