Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is the worst bowl so far I had from Chipotle. I always love and order from chipotle but this time the bowl had hardly any rice as I can clearly see they were running out of rice that time that’s why they didn’t put much rice in there. Eventually it became so spicy due to lack of rice. I am not coming back to this store if I am at Ontario Mills. :(

The manager Isabel is not very trustworthy. Some of the employees are not very friendly. Seems like she only wants to hire people who just make the restaurant look bad and then she complains about it, see this makes no sense to me; just hire better people, then you will not complain. The food should be more warm. Be careful when you speak to Isabel because she lies. Others have complained about the customer service just read the reviews.1. Customer service needs to improve overall for the most part at this location. 2. some worker are good, but NOT many. 2.Where can we find better managers at any restaurant?

Gave me food poisoning. More than likely from the rice, Me and my boyfriend had the chicken and he was fine but he didn’t have the rice. Plus this was the only thing I ate all day. Won’t be going back, not a nice way to spend the evening of my holiday or the day before my boyfriends birthday as we couldn’t go out.

Worst Chipotle of all! Who runs out of vegetables? They do. No onions? No red bell peppers? No green bell peppers? None!!! This place has messed up my orders on the delivery 3 times in a row. I paid for extras that I didn't receive and didn't receive any credit back. Good bye to this location. Too bad this location only delivers to where I live.
