Domino's Pizza

This restaurant in Ontario has extremely bad service. It deserves no stars. And they know they are not making their customers orders on time because they don’t answer the phone. We ordered over an hour ago. The app said it would be delivered 25 min ago. The quality check was done 35 min ago. Do you think we are going to get a hot fresh pizza, no! Who ever runs this store should be fired! This is the second time this happens! And the last time the so called manager said they were trying and drivers called out. Do you think I care about that? That’s your job to fix that. You obviously don’t know what you are doing!

Usually I don’t have problems on this store but common😡. I order online and get there 10 minutes after the app said it’s ready . I pay and the cashier tells me it’s not ready . So I said okay I’ll wait no problem. But he didn’t even check if it was done so I wait 20 minutes more and ask again and my order was done since I got there . I know because I pay attention to all the pizzas that were waiting to be pick up . . I wasted 20 minutes there, just to find out it was already done since I got there 😡. I argued what happen and the guy said because it didn’t had my name but when I look at it did have my info. Ugh now my food is all cold

Disappointed at the bad service they have. They take literally hours to get your pizza prepared and on the way. Called twice after 1 hr and 40 min and they said its on its way to be delivered. Called 20 min later and said they have to drop off some pizzas first. Waited 2 hours for nothing Worst experience ever. Had to cancel and get little caesars for my kids.

I ordered pizza at 9:30pm and was told it would be 67-77 minutes. I called at 10:30 because my pizza still hadn’t been baked But was told it should only be 30 minutes more. So when the tracker still hadn’t moved passed prepped at 11:00 pm, I called back and was told it would be another 30 minutes. So now we are at 2 hours of waiting. So I wait another hour before calling again. I’m told the food is on its way but according to the tracker it has been idle for 30 minutes. It took the driver 45 to make a 12 minute drive. On top of that my food was cold AND I was missing 2 items. They told Me they could give me a discount off my order but they would need my card info again and I refused to allow them to charge me again. Ridiculous. I will be calling to complain until I get refunded. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Gave try first time took 77 minutes to 85 minutes and trued calling them several time no answer, 2nd time rude customer service. Tried getting a refund they refused. 2nd time was no better worst I don't understand why they would still be open. I would stick to Pizza Hut or better place that values their customer and time. Tracker timer is off and wrong first stated 15-20minutes then suddenly 77 minutes to 85 minutes come on

Worst dominos ever. Placed an order at 640. Prep was “started 644” I called at 730 and they say it should be delivered within an hour. I call at 810 and they say my order was never started. This is my second time ordering from this location and I am never ordering from here again. I canceled my order and then I look on the app it says they’re still making it!!!! So I had to call back for a 4th time to have it actually canceled. Worst place ever.

Online order didnt get started until I called them an hour and half later, basically staff forgot the order. total wait time from order to door was around 2.25 hours. Pizza and pasta was cold upon arrival. oddly enough the bread bites still has some warmth. overall delivery order was bad. Should prolly call them if the tracker hasnt move after 30 minutes. so they don't accidentally forget the "order"

Ordered online for delivery, after being under “prep” for a hour on the tracker I decided to call the location. Was placed on hold for 5 minutes , after they took my information I was placed on another hold for another 15 minutes and decided to hang up. Called back they hanged up, called once again and they tried to cover up the fact that they forgot about my order and that I was on hold. Ridiculous, this is a first time with me with dominos , horrible service completely disappointed. Take your business elsewhere
