Jack In The Box

I went through the drive thru this morning around 4:45am. I pulled up to the speaker to order and a lady said “would you like to try ……” after that nothing no one said anything so I drove around and up to the window. I then saw a lady filling up a water jug from the shake machine I think. I waited thinking she was going to help me, nothing. So I knocked on the window and she wouldn’t even look at me. This lasted a couple of minutes. I then left. Also the girl was wearing a head set so at some point she was taking orders.

Loyal customer to Jack n box since 1983 Well it was about 930-945 pm as my wife and I walked to the door to dinning room and it was lock as it may, she said drive thru it is, as she turned around to head back to the car she notice of a small lady detailing the soda machine , I believe Alondra is her name assured us that there open but in drive thru, I was very happy because I had a rumble in my tummy, I told her how pleased I was because she,, took pride in detailing soda machine, quite refreshing to see see someone take pride in there work

I work at the Volvo dealership right across the street from here, the last 3 times my order has been wrong or it's missing items. I just left from here today at around 1:30 p.m i ordered 4 tacos and 1 chicken sandwich I got charged for that but i only received 2 tacos. This is the 3rd time my order is wrong. I'm on my lunch from work and hungry, i don't have time to be driving back and complaining. This place really needs to double check the bags before they give it to their customers. I will talk to the manager next time i order from here
