Jack In The Box

Some rude bitter female employee at jack in the box (I think she was either the manager or supervisor) took a picture of my bag where I carry my cards & other spiritual healing things that I use for my start up business while I was waiting for my food she was all up in her feelings & for some reason she took a picture of my bag that I had in the floor, she was in the lobby so then she took the picture then she went inside behind the counter and I guess that's when she was calling the police because they were taking a freaking long time to give me just a small fries that I ordered more than 5 minutes ago then they said oh we gave you a large fries for waiting. & The police pass by my twice & see that I wasn't doing anything wrong & whatever she told the police he found out she was lying.

Absolutely awful, gone there three times already and my father's card was declined because the new hire there doesn't have a single clue what she's doing. Whoever trained her needs to take another look at her and do it again because each time she handed the card reader to my father it didn't even have the pin menu open after she put his card in. Please resolve this cause I'd rather not my father lash out at me because of a lack of proper training at this establishment.

I changed my review because as of lately they stopped doing the mobile orders through it the app. They've done it for the longest time and now it's not available anymore I can no longer get any deals from the app because their store specifically chooses to decline mobile orders and I feel it is done on purpose. EDIT as of 2.5.22 Food quality has been nice and app has worked since then but for a week it was down. But my only complaint really is that they keep forgetting my food. I got 5 years experience at Del Taco and I made sure to never forget food. With prices rising on everything its not fun to lose stuff you paid for. Only reason I didn't come back for my food was that its 12AM. But in the past month I've had missing food on a few occasions. I'm not trying to call any support or email anyone. Just fix the problems. At Del Taco we did a double Del check before the orders when out. Jack what are you doing?
