I got the popcorn chicken, fried fish cake & Hawaiian Seafood Pineapple Fried Rice. The popcorn chicken & fish cakes were good. The fried rice ended up not being what I expected. It was more of a spicy curry fried rice that was super spicy. I definitely didn’t expect or want anything spicy so I was disappointed, it was good but it’s not what I was expecting. It should’ve been called spicy curry seafood pineapple fried rice. The place was nice & had a great atmosphere.

Food is not bad but honestly they recently have raised up the price about 20%, but reduced 20% portion of the food especially for the pickup orders comparing to the beginning. We were loyal customers since the opening of the restaurant. If they want sustainable customers, they really need to work on their quality control.

What is Chang An? It’s the old name for Xi An, that famous Chinese city with 8000 terracotta warriors. This new restaurant took over MJ Cafe and now serves Xian food. We got their hand pulled noodles, lamb skewers, and spicy big plate chicken. They are all very good. We used to drive to Rowland Heights to get this kind of food. We are so glad Xian cuisine has arrived in the IE.

Worst place to order a TO GO food. My 2 daughters and I ordered are food to go so I can pick up my other daughter early but they started doing online orders first and of course they have dine in people too. We ordered around 3:44pm and we got our TO GO ORDER at 4:30pm. We only ordered 2 menu's. Not gonna come back here anymore. This was my daughter's favorite place before when it was M & J cafe.

The popcorn chicken was pretty good and the Xiao Long Bao was not bad for the price. I loved the Brown Sugar Milk Tea with Sea Salt Cheese Topping and Boba. The bobas were slightly smaller than normal and the drink was not too sweet. The customer service was excellent, they gave us great suggestions and they were super friendly and helpful. However, there was an area that had some sauces that you could serve yourself that I wasn't aware of until next cousin told me about it. I give the bathroom 4 out of 5 stars. It was very cute and clean in there.
