Wendy's

I was eating in my room watching a movie and I took more then one bite then I noticed it felt slimy an weird chewy and I spit it out then looked at it and the meat was clear an uncooked right now I feel nasous and I wanna throw up why do you guys have to have this unprofessional people to work for ur food industry 😭

I like Wendy's as a company, but how it's operated seems different with each one. I'm currently waiting for my order that I made in drive through, and it seems that 3 to 4 cars are also waiting. Idk if they did mobile orders but I did see 2 that were behind me that parked and along with me are waiting. Also staff inside seemed very unmoved about working or unmotivated. Again this is based on my views as I'm still waiting for my order. It's weird to wait for my order when it's location and also the time it's not busy. I give it 3 stars for that reason. Id still eat here and endorse it, but maybe staff can be slightly better, but overall experience is good but can be better.

I went to Wendy's on Monday to order through the drive-thru a fish sandwich and they didn't even let me finish my order when he tells me it's going to be 5 to 6 minutes wait I told him that's fine so I get to the window to pay. And it takes them about 10 minutes to actually charge after that they tell me if I can go park in the front cuz the fish is still cooking so I go to the front and wait it was taking too long, so I walk inside to find out that the fish was still not done the person in the Drive-Thru was going crazy between two computers and I come to see that the cook was the manager who was changing shift handling my food and everything he touched with his hands bare hands he never washed them he was texting with his phone he even came over without knowing who I was to charge me in Frosty and went back to cook and that's when the problems start I refuse to take that sandwich home and they argued why didn't I want it so explain why I didn't want it he came up to me and said what's the problem so I told him I want my money back because I don't want that sandwich you didn't wash your hands that is so unsanitary and so against the law because we are on covid and you're touching everything and I don't want that food so he said I'm sorry but I can give you your money back so that's when I yelled and out of a sudden he started giving me my money back when he said he couldn't give me my money back. Young manager super rude and so not polite or professional I know they're short stuff but this is not acceptable how do you force someone to take your food when they don't want it.
