When I went over to the Menu the ordering wasn’t hard, but when we went over the window we waited 15-20 for the food. And when we did get the food we asked for bacon Swiss chicken sandwich plain WITH the bacon and Swiss and mayonnaise. When we did get our food we looked at the sand wich NONE of them had the bacon and swiss. After we finished we had grease on our hands so when we wiped our hands down with the napkins we had got we realized that they only gave us 4 napkins, it’s wouldn’t hurt to even give up 1 more! But the sandwich was an 8/10.

Worst Carl’s Jr. I’ve ever been too order is always wrong food is always cold never the right food in my bag this is every time I’ve been there especially at night the whole night crew needs to be switched for new people. Just last night I was very hungry so I ordered a guacamole burger i Made it home to find a burger loaded with just ketchup mustard and mayonnaise and I mean loaded to where the burger was falling out of the little paper box highly disappointed I will never be back. Not one drop of guacamole I’m tired of giving my money away to a franchise that always never gives me what I ask for that is terrible customer service. Smh

I made an online PICKUP order. But when my bf went to pickup apparently they gave it to someone else with the so called “right receipt”. And when I called which was multiple times btw no one answered but told my bf that “no one called about an order” well maybe if you answered the phone, you’d know who’s calling for an order. cause my bf heard it ringing, so that means your employees did too. It’s ridiculous how they don’t check to make sure info is matching/correct. Either remove the option for online order or get better employees. How tf do you GIVE someone’s food away??

I was having a bad day and I rolled into the drive through for lunch. The gentleman at the window had the most welcoming smile. Did he fix my life problems? No. But he helped me forget for a bit to enjoy my food. My meal was exactly as I ordered it, it came out fast even though I ordered the fried zucchini (that usually takes a while).

Fastfood is kind of the same at most of the popular fatfood places. I go there for one item,usually I do not have enough $, this item is possibly the best of all American spawned quick eats. It comes in one size and one size only. They do not have to fancy it up for promotion sales. It stands alone. It is the Holy Grail of Milkshakes. Try any flavor then tell me I am wrong.
