Food and service are good enough for fast food, however I found the cashier a bit rude and not enjoying her work at all. The food came out and wasn't bad. The chocolate milkshake looked like vanilla with a hint of chocolate and tasted that way according to daughter. I will go back because jack makes a decent burger and it beats the other burger place near there for food.

I received my food in a timely fashion. It was still hot which is nice because you know it's fresh. They definitely need to fix the volume of their drive thru speakers. Hard to hear the worker. This might be the one time I was not offered sauce with my meal. Not a huge deal but it's nice to be offered.

I stopped at Jack's today 6/26 passing through town and orderd 2 curly fries and all I got was a single curly fry mixed with seasoned fries. Didn't notice until I was down the road.
We dont have Jack in the Box where I live. And its a special treat to sink my teeth and lather my taste buds on Jack's famous curly fries.

I ordered the triple jack bacon cheeseburger with the works the sandwich it self wasn't as for filling at all, the meat was so small and way to much lettuce,and the fries was so over cooked cold and hard. What a waist. I wasn't happy. The cashier was nice and the Atmosphere was clean.

Not pushy to get u through the drive-thru. Food was fresh & 🔥 hot not like it had been sitting there for awhile.

Today went to the drive through, order what we wanted. When they gave us our order at the window we didn't get a receipt.
We noticed there was no fries with two of our combo meals.
After we have talked to them and they got us the fries. Half the fries were undercooked.

Always slammed at night they are understaff and they are making it happen. They really deserve more honesty! Those are some hard workers they need to be appreciated

Service has improved recently, it was sketchy for a while there. Unfortunately the employees can only do so much with the food the corporation is sending them - Jack in the Box used to be my favorite fast food, but the quality and flavor seems to go downhill every year.
Update: food was pretty good - well prepared; the service was great!
